Teaching and Scholarly Interests
Professor Will's teaching interests include Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership. He has research interests in the areas of constructive-developmental theory and complexity theory. Professor Will’s current research focuses on how organizations can most effectively promote human developmental growth.
Professional Activities
Professor Will is the founder of Growth at Work, LLC, where he has worked with clients in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, retail, technology, wealth management, public health, and banking sectors. Drawing on constructive-developmental psychology and the adaptive leadership framework, Tom helps managers, senior executives, teams, and organizations make progress on deep challenges.
